In-Home Consultation
We come to you! We will run a quick diagnostic on the PC in question, and talk with you about your options.

Data Backup
You tell us what you want to keep, we back it up for you. Once we are done with the OS install, we put everything you wanted backed up on your desktop in a nice neat little folder. If you would like we can also burn it to DVD for you.

Operating System Install
We will fully format your hard drive, repartition it, and install your OS of choice. This will include the configuration and activation of your OS, as well also install all drivers and updates.

Spyware/Virus Removal
We will take the computer and remove any known spyware or viruses from it. This takes a little bit of time, this is one of the few things that can take over 24 hours.

Operating System Customization
This will include the installation of Antivirus, Antispyware, Internet Productivity Tools, Office Suite and the Java VM. This includes everything you need to get your system back to safe, and usable state.

Hardware Troubleshooting and Repair
We will run extensive diagnostics and make you aware of the hardware failure, as well as the installation and configuration of the replacement hardware.

Hardware Install
We will install and configure your hardware, as well as installation of needed software and drivers for the hardware.

Physical Cleaning
Dust and pet hair can cause hardware failure. Physical Cleaning is just what it sounds like. We open up your PC and clean out the fans, heat sinks, and all other hardware in your PC.

Home Networking
We will come to your home and setup all your computers to access shared resources as well as your internet connection.

Data Recovery
We take the drive in question back to our lab and run numerous scans on the drive to try and recover your data. As with any data recovery service, there is no guarantee that the data will be recovered. We will do everything short of taking the drive apart to get your data back.
