I have a Sony Vaio laptop that wasn't quite two years old when the virus protection I had expired. It ended up getting some kind of virus that kept blowing up everything on the screen then showing a message saying it had to shut down to prevent data loss. So I called Saint Louis Help Desk and not only did they fix my laptop, but I had it back the very next day. They even installed virus protection that automatically updates itself. It's a no brainer who I'll call if I ever have computer problems in the future.

My computer would not boot. I called Saint Louis Help Desk and had them come to my door. I work nights so I knew it would have to stay up, but I was wrong, Dan was willing to meet me at 11PM. After talking to them, they laid out my options. The honesty the gave me makes me want to tel everyone I know. They could have charged me 350 dollars in services, but instead they told me it would be cheaper for them to build me a custom computer. I now have it in my den and I couldn't be happier!
